This Privacy Policy explains how Budder Technology LLC (“Budder Technology,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Nobelroute (the “Service”). Nobelroute is a smart link shortener and deep linking platform.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

• Email address
• Password (stored as a secure hash, not in plain text)
• Optional profile details you provide (such as a display name)

Link & Usage Data

When you create links, we store the destination URLs and optional platform-specific destinations you provide. When someone clicks a Nobelroute link, we may log:

• The link identifier (so we know which link was clicked)
• Timestamp of the click
• Referrer (where available, for example the page/app that initiated the click)
• Device type (for example: iOS, Android, or Desktop, based on user-agent parsing)
• Country code (when available from network/CDN headers, if configured)
• Hashed versions of technical identifiers for basic fraud/abuse prevention (for example, hashed IP and hashed user-agent)

We aim to keep analytics privacy-friendly. We do not intentionally store raw IP addresses in click logs when hashing is enabled.

Payment Information (if you use paid features)

If you purchase paid features, payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. We may store billing-related identifiers (for example, a customer ID) and subscription status provided by the payment processor.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide and operate the Service (create links, route redirects, show dashboards)
• Track clicks and display analytics to link owners
• Detect, prevent, and respond to security issues, abuse, or fraud
• Provide customer support and communicate service updates
• Process payments and manage subscriptions (if applicable)
• Improve and maintain the Service

3. How We Share Information

We may share information in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: Vendors who help us operate the Service (hosting, analytics components, payment processing).

• You can manage the links you create from your dashboard.
• You can stop using the Service at any time.
• You can request account deletion through support (subject to legal and operational retention requirements).

5. Data Retention

We retain account and link data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Click analytics may be retained for a period of time to provide reporting, prevent abuse, and support billing/usage-based plans. We may delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. International Visitors

If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that information may be processed and stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under the applicable age threshold in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
